How do I add my own pet?
Teddy Mountain lets you add a pet friend in the mountain gallery.
- Copy a sticker-style picture or cutout.
- Open the gallery in Teddy Mountain.
- Choose Add Your Own Pet.

Why can’t I hear any sound?
Try these quick checks:
- Make sure your device is not in silent mode.
- Turn up your device volume.
- Close and reopen the app.
Still quiet? Email support and tell us which device you’re using.
Where is my progress saved?
Teddy Mountain saves coins, scores, unlocked areas, and custom pets on your device.
If you delete the app, this local progress may be removed.
